A Window on the Journey

These days I find I’m spending an awful lot of time with my imaginary friends. Yes, I know. It sounds better when you call them characters. But some of my real live friends have been curious about what these imaginary people are doing, and why, dear Claire, are they taking so long doing it? Your patience will be rewarded, I tell them. Books for the beach and the bedside table are coming soon. In the meantime, this blog will contain some snapshots of my writing journey and things I am learning along the way.

A warm welcome to all of you. Thanks for visiting! I hope you leave comments or emails to let me know what your thoughts are.

Happy Spring!

  1. Dear Claire,
I try to be patient, truly I do. But, I am one of those people who eagerly await the bedside book so I may learn what your characters have been up to! (For by then, they will no longer be imaginary at all!) Please take your time, so that the story will shine, but do hurry! All the best, Pam

  2. Thanks for the great tips! Conferences are always exciting…and a little frightening! Hope to see you at one soon…maybe Georgia Romance Writers Moonlight and Magnolias! 🙂
